AP Limited Editions celebrates the traditional Japanese Tea house in a beautiful depiction of a traditional Japanese tea house with Geisha relaxing in a room and tuning their shamisen instruments. 

Crafted in a combination of Togidashi Maki-e and Takamaki-e, every turn of this lively fine writing instrument serenades the full spectrum of Maki-e Lacquer Art. The tokonoma (alcove) is created with radiant gold, while the tatami mat is expressed with Igusa (rush) colors.

The Geishas’ clothing is crafted with vibrant colored Urushi lacquers and represented in Takamaki-e. The AP logo is created using Togidashi technique with Hirame gold powder.
